Who doesn’t like a little bit of spice every now and then! Mix up your meals with something quick, tasty and full of goodness with this week’s #FoodieFriday recipe…

Janice’s Spicy Chicken and Avocado Wraps. 

Ingredients:
1 chicken breast sliced
1/2 tsp mild chilli powder
1 garlic clove chopped
1 tsp olive oil
2 seeded wraps
1 avocado halved and stoned
1 roasted pepper from a jar
Sprigs of coriander

Method:
Pan fry the chicken breast with lime, chilli, garlic. Meanwhile, squash half an avocado onto each wrap, add the peppers to a pan and warm through before piling onto the tortilla wraps with the chicken, sprinkle some coriander. Roll up and eat with your fingers!

Simple. Healthy. Delicious!
