I've been doing FLexercise for a year now. I just love it! I have made new friends, have fun and we laugh a lot. Exercise my whole body too! It is such an important part of my week, I miss it when I am unable to attend (I make sure this doesn’t happen much now!). All ages attend. The best class around!

I joined FLexercise having retired from a career in nursing at the age of 64. I found the group to be friendly and enjoyed doing the movements to pleasant music. I realised that it gave the whole body a workout. Although full of good intentions, I know that I would not regularly exercise at home, so going to a weekly class is really important. Now almost 77, I remain fairly fit and believe that regularly attending FLexercise has largely contributed to this, stopping any occasional creakiness or aches from developing more.
