Banana Ice Cream Sundae on Sunday

With a hot week ahead it’s the perfect time to enjoy large scoops of this yummy healthy ice cream.

Ingredients – Serves Two

2 Bananas

2 teaspoons of peanut butter

A handful of chopped nuts

A couple of cherries

Optional – A squirt of half fat canned whipped cream


Peel the bananas and slice. Freeze on a baking tray for around 2 hours. Using a food processor blend until smooth add the peanut butter and mix gently. Serve straight away with a squirt of whipped cream, chopped nuts and a cherry on the top!
