Friendly, flexible, fitness. A long-established form of exercise designed to improve posture and general fitness, classes consists of exercises and simple dance steps to stretch, strengthen and tone the whole body giving you a wonderful feeling of wellbeing. It’s all delivered to great music in a fun and friendly environment, so you can really get moving. Classes are extremely sociable, I can guarantee once you start you won’t want to stop!
