An event every week that begins at 1:45 pm on Monday, repeating indefinitely
Warm up and mobilise, strengthening (using hand held weights) and balance work to improve posture and body alignment. Followed by floor/chair work, then get ourselves moving again. Everyone encouraged to work to their own ability, with easier alternative exercises provided as required.
