This class is ‘what it says on the tin’! Exercise to music in and/or using a chair for support. The demographic being anybody who is 50+ and new to exercise, is receiving from an illness or operation or has a long term condition. Aiming to improve strength, mobility, balance & confidence. An easy dance/movement section and finishing with relaxation – then tea & biscuits!
