As soon as you get in touch with us we’ll talk you through the details and then your dedicated Training Manager will help to enrol you onto the course.

Your course tutor will arrange a pre-course video conference session to discuss and prepare you in readiness for the 1 day face to face training day. Although not essential, if you can, it might be a good idea to attend a FLexercise class before the practical training day. This will give you an idea of the structure and style of each class.

FLexercise’s preferred conference application is Zoom. Instructors will need to download the app from www.zoom.us – it is free and easy to use.

Your course tutor and the FLexercise technical support team will help give you guidance if you need any help getting set up.

You will receive access to a series of online training videos together with the  Exercise Essentials Resource Portfolio in both electronic and hard copy format.

Normally practical face-to-face training days start at 9.30am and finish at 5.30pm however this is negotiable depending on the distance instructors have to travel.

Our 1 day CPD training course is designed to teach you everything you need to know in order to teach your first Exercise Essentials class. You will gain a comprehensive understanding and awareness of the FLexercise System based on the Bagot Stack Principles. With this knowledge you will be able to apply the application of the principles to class planning taking into account differing needs and abilities.

In preparation for your practical teaching video submission assessment your course tutor will arrange a follow up zoom call to chat over your pre prepared teaching work.

Once you’ve passed the practical teaching assessment you are eligible to teach the FLexercise System in a range of professional settings, including gyms, community halls, dance studios….the list goes on!

You will receive an invite to join the Exercise Essentials private Facebook group and receive information about our CPD in house teachers courses both nationally and regionally.

Please note: In some cases you are not licensed to promote a FLexercise class without affiliating to FLexercise.

Classes can be promoted as Exercise Essentials endorsed by FLexercise. You will receive the Exercise Essentials promotional / branding tool kit on completion of the course.

If you hold a Level 2 ETM qualification and wish to promote your classes using the FLexercise branding you will be required to affiliate with the organisation.
