Rhona’s Highland Fling Ice Cream


  • 300ml whipping cream
  • 125g sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tablespoons Drambuie
  • Pinch of ground cinnamon


  • Whisk the cream in a large bowl until stiff and peaks form.
  • Carefully fold in the condensed milk and Drambuie.
  • Add the cinnamon
  • Put in a sealed container and freeze for 4-6 hours.
  • Serve with Scottish raspberries. Enjoy!
