Rhona’s Highland Fling Ice Cream
- 300ml whipping cream
- 125g sweetened condensed milk
- 2 tablespoons Drambuie
- Pinch of ground cinnamon
- Whisk the cream in a large bowl until stiff and peaks form.
- Carefully fold in the condensed milk and Drambuie.
- Add the cinnamon
- Put in a sealed container and freeze for 4-6 hours.
- Serve with Scottish raspberries. Enjoy!
