Protein Pete and his Sunday Smoothie

This smoothie is sweet and satisfying and filled with real food ingredients. Just throw everything into the blender and you’re ready to go.


  • 250ml Unsweetened almond milk or skimmed milk
  • One Frozen banana
  • 2 tsp Peanut Butter
  • 2 tbsp Plain fat free Greek yoghurt
  • A splash of vanilla essence
  • Honey and a few strawberries (optional)

You can adapt this recipe by adding a scoop of cocoa powder and some chia seeds. Enjoy!
