This smoothie is sweet and satisfying and filled with real food ingredients. Just throw everything into the blender and you’re ready to go.
- 250ml Unsweetened almond milk or skimmed milk
- One Frozen banana
- 2 tsp Peanut Butter
- 2 tbsp Plain fat free Greek yoghurt
- A splash of vanilla essence
- Honey and a few strawberries (optional)
You can adapt this recipe by adding a scoop of cocoa powder and some chia seeds. Enjoy!
