During my career with FLexercise I have taught to all ages and abilities. I have run group exercise to music classes independently, Adult Education/Local Authority classes, Care Homes and with Groups such as Age UK, Alzheimers Support, Visually Impaired & Parkinsons. I now run classes in Trowbridge, Melksham, Steeple Ashton & Hilperton (including 1 seated class) Also 1-1 @Home sessions.
