I am passionate about the FLexercise system and have a reputation for running warm and friendly classes. Some ladies have been with me for 20 years! I am Governor at a large Secondary School and actively engaged with local community activities. I love body boarding & coastal walks with my husband. With 3 grown-up children and 3 lovely Granddaughters to cherish, I’ve always got plenty to juggle!

I encourage ladies to be positively engaged with their own good health, fitness, wellbeing and nutrition. I also promote the social side of class membership with summer picnics, Christmas lunches and occasional coffee get togethers – they always prove to be very popular.
