Hi, I run three FLexercise classes in Taunton each week. I like to think that our classes are more than just exercise classes as I place a large emphasis upon them being fun and friendly. My aim is for people to feel that every part of their body has moved during the hour's class, that they feel energised when they leave and as important, leave with a smile on their face!
