Exercise – Day-to-Day Physical and Mental Wellbeing

Day-to-Day Mental and Physical Health

If we hurt ourselves physically, we don’t hesitate in seeking help. How many of us do the same if we are struggling emotionally? It is all too common to keep a ‘stiff upper lip’ and to carry on, often bottling up stress and worry. Bruno Aguirre 186550 UnsplashLeft unattended to, anxiety and depression can develop, affecting the ability to function on a day-to-day basis.
